If you've ever dreamed of being able to stroll through the airport without the burden of carrying your luggage, then you are in luck. The Hop is a prototype luggage design that uses motorized tracks and a bluetooth connection to sync with your smartphone. The microcontroller triangulates the position of the suitcase with the phone and directs the tracks to maintain a constant distance from the device. The Hop will stop moving and send an alert should the luggage lose connection with the device. It can also be configured for single and multiple caravans of bags.
